The first weekend of October, Paris held it's annual Nuit Blanche. It's an all night art festival (7pm- 7am) which seems to be popping up in all the major cities around the world. Santa Monica just had Glow, Montreal has En Lumiere... etc.
We didn't get to catch a lot of it because it was so spread out throughout the city and some of the lines to see the installations were incredibly long. Definitely not a fan of queues. It was still a fun night though regardless... because if you have ever been to Paris, you know the city at night is a sight in it's self not to be missed.
Tour de San Jacques with time lapse video of itself during the day projected on itself.
Installation by the Canal St. Martin. Blocks imprint silhouettes with some sort of magical light. Somewhere around Chatelet...
Crossing a bridge going towards the left bank Saint Germain area...
